Here you can find a list of major Swiss companies that share their code on Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.)

You can contact me if you want to add other companies to the list.

I think this is a good example that should be supported. As Swiss developer I like to help the local community.
Not all these companies have their developers in Switzerland. If these companies nearshore or worse, they will listed as the bottom of the list.

Not made in Switzerland: 'swiss based' companies with developers abroad

Some are public companies, most of them have 'Swiss / Switzerland' in the name, and their main / only market is in Switzerland.
They don't support the local development of technological skills, and they do unfair competition to Swiss companies that employ local people.
